Ingredients

    2 T Sugar
    2 T White Vinegar
    Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
    Pinch of Salt
    1/4 C Red Onion sliced thin
    2 C Watermelon (cut in small cubes)
    2 C Meaty Tomato (sliced in thin wedges)
    Cucumber (peeled and diced, remove seeds if desired)
    1/4 C Fresh Basil sliced thin
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

Heat first 5 ingredients in sauce pan until sugar dissolved. Combine remaining ingregients in a large bowl. Pour dissolved sugar solution over and chill.
