Introduction
To be enjoyed hot or cold. This is a one dish meal that uses leftover sausage and high-potassium mushrooms! This is so good that I devoured the first serving right out of the pot standing in my kitchen. To be enjoyed hot or cold. Ingredients

2 boxes Nature's Promise Organic Shells & White Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg cheese mix (save the other one for later)
1 can Pastorelli Pizza Sauce (1 cup)
3 Amylu Chicken Andouille Sausage, chopped
1.5 cups Bella mushrooms, chopped
12 grape tomatoes, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh basil, minced
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions.
While pasta is cooking, dice up the mushrooms, sausage, tomatoes, garlic & basil.
Drain the pasta and set aside. In the same dish, heat the olive oil and add garlic, mushrooms & tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes. Add basil and sausage. Cook another 2 minutes. Add pizza sauce and the one package of cheese mix. Once everything is heated through and mixed together, add the pasta back to the pot and stir to combine.
Makes 6 servings. Top with a little parmesan or mozarella cheese if you want (not included in calorie count).
