Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breast Fillets (frozen)
    Can of Corn
    Can of Black Beans
    Can of diced tomatoes with chilis
    1 Taco Seasoning mix

Directions

Put all ingrediants in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
Optional: Drain corn and drain some of the black bean juice, but you will need to add a little water. Do not drain the tomatoes as this helps with the liquid.
