Introduction

Ingredients

    6 Flour Tortillas
    1 can Bush's Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 Cup frozen corn
    4 T (or more) Cilantro, chopped
    Juice from one lime (or to taste)
    4 Lettuce leaves, shredded
    1/2 Tomato, chopped

Directions

Add beans, corn, cilantro and lime juice to a large pan or wok. Heat up. Fill tortillas and put in lettuce and tomato. You could add any other ingredients, cheese, sour cream, etc. I like them this way.

Makes 6 burritos.

    I made this tonight and it was so easy. To go with it, I made a mango salsa, and had shredded lettuce and cabbage in bowls on the table. Everyone made their own wrap and declared this one a winner! My tip is to thoroughly drain canned beans! - 6/25/08
