Introduction

Very yummy and easy to make Very yummy and easy to make
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Honey - 1 tbsp
    Berries - 1 cup
    Skim Milk - 1 cup
    Ice - 1/2-1 cup

Directions

Using a blender, crunch up the ice first. I'd use regular ice cubes instead of a big chunk of ice - breaks up easier. The more ice you use, the larger the amount you'll have. Add in milk, honey, and berries. You can use whatever berries you want. I've been using a 1/2 cup of blackberries and a 1/2 cup of raspberries because that's what I like. Pulse the blender to mix up all the ingredients. Should make about 3 cups or so depending on how much ice you used.

Makes 2 servings of 1.5 cups.
