Ingredients

    3 cups quick oats
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup splenda
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2/3 cup dried crannberries and raisin mix (Sun Maid)

Directions

Preheat oven to 275. Mix together first 5 ingredients. Mix in the next 3 ingredients. Add cranberry/raisin mix. Use a teaspoon to drop batter onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    Kind of bland and very dry. Maybe adding some nuts and/or a bit of salt to the recipe would help. I don't plan to make them again. - 9/18/10
