Ingredients

    5 Chicken Breast boneless ans skinless
    2 onions
    1 Eggplant
    5 Garlic cloves
    1 Red Bell pepper
    1 Green Bell pepper
    2 medium tomato
    1 tbs basil
    2 tbs salt
    2 tbs parley
    3 tbs olive oil
    2 cups of spaghetti tomato sauce

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. pour into a 3-1/2 or 4-quart crock pot, cook on low settings for 8hr. Serves 6 (1-3/4 cup)
