Introduction

This is a modification of some other watermelon pies, I like the flavor of the rasberry jello better, and though you can make the crust less cals/fat with a fiber one ceral...for me its all about time! I easily get 10 servings out of this, possibly 12 which will reduce the per slice amount. Down to 100 cals and 2.5 grams of fat. Its very sweet, and not something you'd want a ton of anyways...but will fill that sweet craving! Ingredients

    12 oz container cool whip free
    3 oz pkg rasberry jello
    1/4 cup water
    ready made crust, reduced fat, graham
    2 cups water melon, diced

Directions

Take cool whip, place in large bowl, in small bowl mix water and geltain, then fold into cool whip. Add diced watermelon, mix gently. Now fold into the pie crust, place in fridge for 3 hours to set.
