Ingredients

    1 beet, peeled
    3 stalks celery with leaves
    1 cucumber, peeled
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    3 Roma Tomatoes
    1 large carrot, peeled
    1/2 green bell pepper

Directions

Wash all ingredients, peeling if necessary. Put all through a juicer. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Serve over ice. Makes 3 servings.
