    2 cups white beans, drained
    1 can tuna, drained
    1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
    1/4 cup finely diced onions
    1/4 cup finely diced banana peppers (or whatever you have)
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    black pepper


Mix everything together and eat. Makes 4 servings.
