Introduction

Vegan is supposed to be sweet and moist. This is just that without any animal products and very raw so we get all vitamin supplement. Vegan is supposed to be sweet and moist. This is just that without any animal products and very raw so we get all vitamin supplement.

Ingredients

    1/2 a head of cabbage
    3 medium carrots
    1 yellow apple
    piece of ginger root (the size of a ball in a game of jacks)
    tbsp of coconut oil and or olive oil
    ceyenne pepper (grounded)

Directions

Chop cabbage and put into blender on mince. Cut carrots in half and put into blender on mince. Cut apple into fourths, peel ginger root and put into blender on mince. Toss together and then pour oil on and ceyenne and toss again.
