A quick, light summer meal with tomatoes, tuna and macaroni. A quick, light summer meal with tomatoes, tuna and macaroni.
Number of Servings: 10


    8 cups whole wheat macaroni
    2 large stalks celery, fine dice
    2 cans tuna (in water), drained
    1 1/2 tbs of dill weed
    2 tsp salt (to taste)
    1 tbs ground black pepper
    1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light dressing
    1/2 cup Light Mayonaise
    10 large tomatoes, cored and seeded OR
    15 medium tomatoes, large diced


Cook the macaroni to al dente stage, rinse to stop cooking. Add all ingredients except tomatos. Mix well. Refrigerate covered.

Prior to serving, if using large tomatoes, core and seed tomatoes, then fill with tuna and macaroni mixture. If using medium tomatoes, cut into large dice, set on plate and cover with tuna and macaroni mixture. Garnish with dill weed. Serves 10-12.
