Ingredients

    1 Teaspoon Salt
    3/8 cup cocoa
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons soda
    2 Tablespoons vinegar
    3/4 cup oil
    2 cups cold water
    2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

Sift salt, cocoa, flour, sugar and soda together. Add vinegar, oil, water, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes or until real smooth. Bake in 9" layers, two 8" square or one 9x13" cake pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Calories based on 9x13 pan cut into 18 pieces.
Also makes 24 cupcakes. Bake cupcakes 23 minutes.
