    Dole Pineapple Chunks Frozen, 0.5 cup
    Dannon Activia Light Fat Free Vanilla, 4 oz
    GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla, 29 gram(s)
    Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ, 1 tbsp
    GNC Natural Brand Super Flax Meal, 1 tbsp
    Tropicana Pure Premium with Calcium and Vitamin D, 4 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)


Add flax, wheat germ, whey, yogurt, OJ and banana first. Combine rest of fruit and blend until desired consistency.
