Ingredients

2 whole lavish bread (flaxseed, oat and whole wheat)
1/4 cup dried figs chopped
1/4 cup fresh spinach chopped
6oz goat cheese
1 oz roasted garlic pesto
Directions
makes 4 servings (1/2 lavish)
set oven 375
1. put lavish side by side on cookie sheet
2. spread pesto on lavish
3. spread spinach on next
4. spread figs on next
5. finally put dollops of goat cheese
6. put in oven until lavish toasts/browns around edges and 'pizza' becomes warm -note: goat cheese will not melt like regular pizza cheese
