Ingredients

    Zia Sweet Italian Sausage (1 Sausage), 2 serving
    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 8 oz
    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 8 oz (remove)
    Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs - 50 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs with a spoon. Makes 32 meatballs. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes
