Ingredients

• 1 15 oz. can of chick peas
• 2 whites
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup ground oats/oat flour (or regular flour)
• ¾ cup Splenda, granulated
• ¼ cup butterscotch, cinnamon, or chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp agave
• ¼ cup natural peanut butter
• 1 small banana, mashed
• ¼ cup ground flax seed
• pinch of salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
3. Place chick peas and eggs in a food processor/Magic Bullet/blender and grind until mixture reaches a batter consistency
4. Add remaining ingredients (besides ground flax seed & chips) and continue to grind.
5. Transfer mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in ground flax seed and butterscotch chips.
6. Pour into prepared pan
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes
8. Cool then cut into 12 squares
