Ingredients

    1 bag knorr's mexican rice
    1 16oz can refried beans
    2 10oz cans ortega enchelada sauce
    1 LB chicken breast
    8 chi-chi tortilla

Directions

Cook rice according to pasta.
Grill chicken. pull apart with forks to make strings or cut into pieces. heat in pan with enchelada sauce.
Heat beans in microwave.
Layer beans, rice and chicken on to tortilla.
