    1 whole mango
    sweetener to taste
    1 cup of water
    17 grams gelatine

Directions

peel and chop the mango into dice adding the sweetner and water.. Cook in microwave 5 mins and add the gelatine..
Place the jelly in the fridge and serve next day..
