Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup butter

Directions

heat oven to 400 F. Place butter in bottom of glass pan and melt in oven. Blend eggs then add milk, flour and salt. pour mixture into glass pan and bake for 20 min. yields 4 servings
