Ingredients

    4 medium tomatoes, wedged
    100g green olives, sliced (or black)
    1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced (or with peel)
    1 cup green peppers, chopped
    1/4 raw onion, chopped
    6 slices turkey ham, strips
    3/4 cup fresh peas
    3/4 cup feta cheese (or goat's cheese)
    ground pepper to taste
    1tbsp Caesar dressing

    (Optional: tortilla / rice / served as a side salad)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and finishing with the caesar dressing.

Serve as a side salad, with a cup of cooked rice or flour tortilla.

Best served cold.
