Ingredients

    16 oz: Ground Turkey, extra lean
    ½ C: Italian Bread Crumbs
    2 tbsp: Parmesan and Romano Grated Cheese
    1 large: Egg White
    1 tbsp: Fresh Minced Garlic
    2 tbsp: Italian Seasoning
    1/4 C: Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    2 tbsp: Dehydrated Onion Flakes
    1 tbsp: Red Pepper Flakes
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 385. Mix all ingredients together and roll into 18 meatballs. Bake meatballs on a non-stick cookie sheet for approximately 20 minutes. Transfer meatballs to pan with Italian sauce and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Serve over whole grain pasta.
Makes 6 (3-meatball) servings.
