Ingredients

    * Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * 2% milk, 1 cup
    * Turkey Bacon 4 strips
    * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup
    * Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (divided in half)
    * Salt, 0.5 tsp
    * *Black Pepper, 0.5 tsp
    * *Bread, Pillsbury Crescent Seamless Dough sheet

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Brown veggie bacon cut in bite size strips in a heated skillet sprayed with veggie oil. Add corn (freshly cut from the cob) and green onions and saute. Add mixture to a bowl to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and eggs. Add milk, half of cheese (2 tbsp), salt, pepper and corn mixture and mix well.

In a tart pan sprayed lightly with vegetable oil spray, press in crescent dough sheet.

Pour mixture into the tart pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese

Bake at 375 for ~25 mins or until center is set.

Let cool for 10 mins before serving
