Ingredients

    2# Ground Beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 cloves garlic
    2 large eggs
    Cheese slices

Directions

Toss all ingredients except cheese into large mixing bowl. Add worchestershire sauce, onions or other items to taste if desired. Mix well, adding more bread crumbs if mixture does not stay together well. Using a plastic sandwich bag, make into 8 quarter-pound patties. (The plastic takes some of the fat off the meat.)
Place patties on grill to desired cooked level. Add cheese and serve with or without bun.
