    1 package sugar free Jello orange
    8 ounces Cool Whip Lite
    16 ounces low fat cottage cheese
    2 cans mandarin oranges in water (small can)


Add all ingredients, but save maybe 5 oranges for the top for display and arrange in a wheel. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 10 servings.

  • I love this recipe. I have made it for years. I also add a can of unsweetened drained pineapple chunks. This is real treat when I need to get some pounds off, but need something for my sweet tooth. - 7/20/10
