Ingredients

    2 packages of Ramen noodles (noodles only)
    2/3 cupalmonds
    2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
    2/3 cup sunflower seeds
    2 tablespoons of butter - melted
    (combine above on a cookie sheet and brown in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees)

    1# shredded cabbage (I use bagged)
    1/2 cup red or green pepper- finely chopped
    1/2 cup green onion - finely chopped

    dressing:
    1/2 cup oil
    2 seasoning packets from Ramen noodle
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/3 cup vinegar

    Stir cooled noodle mixture into vegetables. Put dressing on a half hour before serving. Be sure to stir as dressing settles to the bottom.
