Ingredients

-McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Packet
-1lb Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 3/4 inch peices
-1tbsp vegetable oil
-1c Water
-14.5oz can petite diced tomatoes w/jalapenos (drained)
-15oz can white kidney beans
-8oz can corn (drained)
-1tbsp lime juice (if you like)
-a dash or two of hot mexican style chili powder (if you like)
-a dash of garlic powder (if you like)
-a dash of freshly ground black pepper (if you like)
Directions
-Cook chicken according to instructions on packet
-When it is time to add the water, seasoning, and beans, also add in the drained tomatoes, drained corn, and any additional seasoning you wish to add
-You may add a squirt or two of pure lime juice when there is 1 to 2 minutes left of cooking
-Enjoy!
