Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups soft bread crumbs (4 slices bread)
    3 cups cut-up cooked chicken (48 oz)
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup 2% milk (I use Mayfield's)
    1 can (4-6 oz) mushroom stems/pieces, drained
    1/2 medium onion
    Salt & pepper (to taste) about 1 tsp each

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients; pour into ungreased baking dish 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. Place baking dish in pan of hot water (1 inch deep). Bake uncovered about 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cut into squares if desired.

Makes 6 equal servings.
