Introduction

A no-guilt way to satisfy a sweet tooth under 100 calories, this nutritious snack is light and chocolaty! A no-guilt way to satisfy a sweet tooth under 100 calories, this nutritious snack is light and chocolaty!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Skim Milk
    2 tbsp Fat Free Redi Whip
    Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Instant pudding White Chocolate or any other select flavor
    3 medium bananas
    Vanilla Extract
    Salt, a dash, optional
    1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

Directions

Prepare 3 servings of Jello Pudding as says on box w/ skim milk and refrigerate, any flavor
Sauce
Take 1 small banana and puree it on a skillet or small pot, add cocoa powder, Splenda, salt, vanilla 2 tsp milk and the redi whip
Boil for less than a few seconds
Cut other 2 bananas into pudding
Top with chocolate sauce
Bon Apetite!!
