Ingredients

    -3eggs
    -1 cup of canola oil
    -2 cup of sugar
    -1 tsp of vanilla
    -2 cup of grated zucchini with peel
    -3 cup of white flour
    -2 tsp of baking soda
    -1/4 tsp of baking powder
    -1 tsp of salt
    -1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
    -3/4 tsp of nutmeg

Directions

- Mix all the dry ingredients in one bolw, do the same with the wet aliment
-Mix the two together
-Grease to loaf pan
-Put in a pan
- Cook in the oven for like 1 hour at 350
Gives 2 loaves
