Ingredients
-
2 onions, chopped
1/2 chicken breast, bone and skin removed
3 tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 pear
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 wedge laughing cow cheese, light
1/2 glass red wine
1/2 light soy sauce
3 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp barbeque seasoning, powder (or similar)
pepper to taste
1.5 10" flour tortilla
1 cup lettuce, red leaf, shredded
1 cup lettuce, iceberg, shredded
Directions
Spray some 1calorie oil spray onto pan. Add onions until they take some colour. Add minced garlic.
Add chicken breast, cut in big chunks (can be cut in smaller pieces later for serving). Add curry & barbeque seasoning.
When the pan is drying out, add light soy sauce and wine.
Cook chicken till ready on medium heat.
Then add tomatoes, green pepper & pear. Cook until these ingredients start to melt on low heat. Add pepper to taste. Leave to simmer.
In the meantime, grab another flat pan and add 1calorie oil spray. Leave a bit to heat. Cut whole tortillas in half. Fold each of the three halves in 3 forming a triangle. Put folded tortillas on pan until a bit brown, and change sides constantly. You wouldn't want them to get burned. Add some sesame seeds and garlic to the tortillas.
Get a small plate, open up the tortilla on it and put the chicken sauce inside it. Close tortilla and put 1/3 of cheese wedge. Put remaining sesame seeds on the cheese for an aesthetic and yummy touch ;)
Serve red & green lettuce to the sides of the plate as a side salad.
Bon appetite!
