Ingredients

1 cup Whole wheat flour, 1 cup rolled oats (ground fine in a blender or processor), 1/2 cup applesauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, and 1/4 tsp salt.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Run oats through a blender until ground flour consistency. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Stir. Add all wet ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Makes 9 mis-sized muffins. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until done. Cool on a wire rack.
