Ingredients

    Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt-1 cup
    Strawberries-8 or to taste
    Silk Enhanced Plain Soymilk-1/2 cup
    Genisoy Protein Powder-3 tbsp.
    Organic Bio Sprouts Flax Sprouts-1 tbsp.
    Ice-1/2 cup
    Splenda 2 tbsp. or to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and pulse to crush ice.

Blend on high about a minute.

If smoothie is too thick, add extra soy milk.

This is very filling. You may want to only eat a half portion if you're not very hungry.

Any fruit or flavor yogurt can be used.
