This is a wrap with scrambled eggs, cheese and salsa in a flax whole grain tortilla. Ingredients

    1 PC Blue Menu flax whole grain tortilla wrap
    1 scrambled egg
    1 scrambled egg white
    1 slice No Name light marble cheddar
    1 tbsp Salsa (I used Salsa Que Pasa)

Directions

Cook and scramble egg and egg white together. Slice and melt cheese on tortilla in microwave. Add eggs over cheese and top with salsa; wrap up and enjoy!

    I didn't LOVE it, but I could see it being conveniently quick for mornings.It tasted similar to a taco but with a weird texture due to the eggs. Very filling though. Very Filling. - 11/13/11
