    1-2 lbs. of fresh or frozen whole green beans
    .5 tsp garlic salt
    1 tbsp Land O' Lakes Unsalted Butter


Pour water into steamer and bring to a boil. Snap ends and strings off green beans and add to steamer. Cover with lid and steam until desired tenderness is reached. I like to cook mine for at least about 30 minutes. When done, remove from pot and place in bowl. Slice butter and place over green beans to melt and sprinkle with the garlic salt. Mix together and you have yummy green beans!

I also like to sometimes add sliced carrots and new red potatoes. You can also add spices to the water in the steamer to give your veggies an added flavor. I hope you enjoy!! :)
