    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1.25 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup

    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup

    Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup


Combine all dry ingredients together, stir with whisk

Combine wet ingredients together, stir with whisk

Combine wet and dry ingredients together, stir until just moist.

Add Blueberries

Fill greased muffin tins with 1/4 cup batter

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
