Introduction

There are many "right" ways to make a mojito. This just happens to be the way I make it. There are many "right" ways to make a mojito. This just happens to be the way I make it.

Ingredients

Put 1/2 cup mint into a pitcher. I use chocolate mint because that's what I like and have growing in my garden but you may use any kind of mint you have. To the mint add 1 cup lime juice, it takes between 4 and 8 limes to obtain this quantity, 4 tsp. sugar, and 1/2 tsp pure stevia powder. Muddle the ingredients. Do not shred the mint. You just want it to release it's oils into the juice.

Now add 1 cup rum and 1 cup selter water or club soda and stir. Serve over ice. If the drink seems too strong add more seltzer/club soda to dilute.
