Introduction
1 9"frozen pie crust6 oz. Portabella mushrooms, chopped
1 cup green onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups imitation crab meat

Ingredients

frozen pie crust
portabella mushrooms
green onions
olive oil
imitation crabmeat
cheddar cheese
mozzerella cheese
eggs
half & half
Directions
Unroll defrosted pie curst into a 9" pie plate
Saute' onions, and mushrooms in olive oil until onions start to carmelize.
Add one tablespoon white wine let cook a few minutes then stir in crab. Take of burner and let cool for 10 minutes.
Spoon cooled mixture into piecrust.
Mix eggs and half & half together, mix well
spread a layer of cheddar cheese, then mozzerella over crab and mushrooms
carefully pour egg mixture over top allowing to soak in, do not press
Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
It will be golden and a toothpick inserted in middle will come out clean.
