Introduction

If you have never tried the "Aw Shucks" roasted corn spice you do not know what you are missing...You can order it on line...you won't be disappointed...It is the hit of our local fairs. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 - Ears of corn in the husks
    2- Tablespoons of the "Aw Shucks" Roasted Corn Spice
    2 - Tablespoon of melted butter
    1 - Tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese grated fine

Directions

Soak corn in husks for one hour.

Heat grill on med.-high

Roast corn in husks for approx. 20 min.

Once corn is done peel back husks and wrap a papertowel around the bottom holding the husks together forming a handle.
Brush on melted butter, sprinkle with the "Aw Shucks" spice
Sprinkle on grated cheese.

Enjoy!

Makes 4 servings - one ear each (bet you can't eat just one though :0) )
