Introduction

Great summer pasta dish. Great summer pasta dish.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 oz Barilla Plus Rotini Pasta
    4 Medium Whole Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    Fresh Basil to taste (approximately 2 Tbs.)
    Salt to taste
    Black Pepper to taste
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    3 cloves Garlic
    Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Directions

Combine tomatoes, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, garlic and pepper flakes. allow to sit for flavours to marry.

Cook pasta, drain, DO NOT rinse pasta. Fold in cheese while pasta is very hot. Combine renaming ingredients.
