    1 Tbs Lemon Juice
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 Cup Olive Oil


Blend egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper in blender. Take your time and let it blend very well.

Slowly add the olive oil while blending.
