Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

(3oz) Tyson Pre-Cooked Chicken Fajita Strips
    1/4 cup Red Pepper, diced
    2 servings Egg White Substitute
    1/4 cup Mexican Cheese Blend

Directions

Spray a light coat of Pam cooking spray onto a small fry pan. Begin to saute the chicken strips. The strips should be fully cooked, so you only need to heat them. Once the strips begin to brown, place red peppers in the pan and saute. Once browned, pour Egg Whites over the ingredients. As the eggs cook, lift the outer edges and allow the uncooked egg whites to run under the omlette. Once the omlette is mostly cooked, approx 3 minutes, sprinkle cheese over omlette and fold closed. Cook for another minute to allow cheese to melt and serve.
