Introduction

This is probably my favorite "healthy" snack of all time! This is probably my favorite "healthy" snack of all time!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 or 4 frozen bananas

    1 Tbls. Cocoa powder

1 Tbls. Peanut butter (any will do)

2 Tbls. Coconut oil divided (I used unrefined which gives a "coconutty" flavor- if you don't like coconut flavor use the refined)

    1 packet of Truvia

((((2 Tbls. of milk or water if needed))))

    4 cherries

Directions

Combine peanut butter and 1 Tbls. coconut oil in small bowl. Combine Cocoa Powder, Truvia and 1 Tbls. of Coconut oil in another small bowl... set both aside. Place bananas in food processor... Please make note that your food processor will most likely "jump" when you start it up... give it a few seconds and it will stop. Also do not try this recipe in the blender because the results will not be the same. Keep going... the magic will start soon... to help the process along I sometimes add a little milk or water to get it going. Scoop it into a bowl and get ready for some more amazing tricks... Drizzle the peanut butter and chocolate mixtures that you made onto the banana soft serve. Watch as they harden into a shell of peanut butter chocolatey goodness!!!! Top it with a cherry and enjoy! This makes 4 individual servings...
