Introduction

I usually make a bean dip like this and seeing as how it was Cinco de Mayo, I figured I would make it for my family that was coming over. It was a nice addition to the other items on the menu. I usually make a bean dip like this and seeing as how it was Cinco de Mayo, I figured I would make it for my family that was coming over. It was a nice addition to the other items on the menu.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    -1 large can of fat free beans, like La Preferida or Walmart
    -3/4 C heaping of medium Salsa like Salpica or Grandessa from Aldi
    -1/2 C Daisy Lite Sour Cream
    -1/2 C shredded Kraft 2% cheese, I like to use Mexican
    -2 garlic cloves, diced

Directions

--Mix all ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl and heat in 2 minute increments stirring in between until desired thickness and nice and warm.

--Serve warm with whatever chips or veggies you like (not in the nutrition).

--Makes 10 servings of 1/2 C each.
