Cheeseburger Macaroni was one of our favorite dishes before we started our lifestyle change. My husband kept saying how much he missed it, so I made a healtier version. Ingredients

8oz Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells Pasta
16oz Jennie-O Ground Turkey
2 tsp Margarine
2.5 tsp Flour
3 C Skim Milk
2oz Boars Head Cheddar Cheese
2oz Boars Head Fontina Cheese
2oz Boars Head Provolone Cheese
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
3 tsp Black Pepper
1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1.5 tsp Onion Powder
1.5 tsp Mustard
1.5 tsp Ketchup
1.5 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
Directions
Boil a pot of water for the 8oz of Pasta.
Shread the 2oz of Boars head Cheddar Cheese, 2oz of Boars head Fontina Cheese, and 2oz of Boars Head Provolone cheese and set aside for later.
Add 8oz of Barrilla Whole Grain Medium Shells Pasta to boiling water, and cook until tender.
In a mixing bowl add the 16oz Ground Turkey, 1.5 tsp Sea Salt, 1.5 tsp Black Pepper, 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder,
1.5 tsp Onion Powder, 1.5 tsp Mustard, 1.5 tsp Ketchup,
1.5 tsp Worchestershire Sauce and mix well.
Heat up a large skillet and add turkey mixture, Browning the trukey.
Drain you pasta and rinse with cool water to stop the cooking.
In a small saucepan, Melt the 2 tsp of Margarine then add the 2.5 tsp of flour. Slowly add the 3 Cups of skim milk until smooth. Making a Roux. Finally Add the cheese shreaded at the beginning of the night, resulting in a cheese sauce.
The last step is to combine the cooked pasta and the turkey together in the large skillet. Finally add you cheese sauce, mix and enjoy.
