Ingredients

    8oz Portobello Mushrooms Sliced
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    1/2 (or less) Onion Sliced or Chopped
    2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
    Oregano, Salt, Pepper, and Basil to taste.

Directions

Add garlic and oil to a pan using medium heat.
Add mushrooms and onions, turning the heat to low.
Saute until onions turn brown on the corners and the mushrooms are dark.
