Introduction

I make this every Sunday for football. Although you could eat it after an hour or so (heck 3 minutes in the microwave), a good chili takes a long time to develop so don't scrimp on time -- the longer the better. I have this broken into only 10 servings so the nutritional info doesn't look so great. But hey, I like big servings! I make this every Sunday for football.
