Ingredients
-
Leafy Salad with Tatsoi, 50 gram
Bacon, 29 gram(s) (1 slice)
Fresh Turkey Breast, 74 gram(s) (1 breast)
Plums, 1 fruit (2-1/8" dia)
HP Sweet Thai Chilli, 5 gram
Directions
Start with weighing out 50g of a leafy salad of your choice and put onto a plate.
Prepare the fresh turkey and bacon removing all fat etc and for 20 minutes very slowly grill.
In the meantime...
To make the sauce:
Cut up one plum into very tiny pieces into a bowl and mash into a pulp with the back of a tablespoon. You may want to put this into a food bag and squeeze it until it is smooth. This is quite a long process!
Once this is done, add a tablespoon of Sweet Chilli Sauce (8g) and stir.
Remove the bacon and turkey from the grill and cut into small strips. Place ontop of the salad and add the Plum and Chili mixture.
Now you can eat!
