Ingredients


    * Frozen Winter blend (Broccoli + Cauliflower), 1 lb
    * Frozen, shelled, Edamame, 1 Cup
    * Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    * Mustard seeds, 1 tbsp
    * Urad Dal, 1 tbsp
    * Turmeric, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tbsp
    * Asafoetida / Hing, 0.5 tsp
    * Shredded Coconut, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

Sputter the mustard seeds in olive oil
Add the urad dal, and within a few seconds, the turmeric
Add all frozen vegetables, salt and a little bit of water.
Once the vegetables are cooked, take it off the heat, and add the coconut and Asafoetida.
