Introduction

I originally found this receipe in an issue of Prevention Magazine, 2005, and it called for a bag of tea. I improvised for time's sake and found the Kirkland Diet Green Tea just as effective. It still taste's great & is quick to make! I originally found this receipe in an issue of Prevention Magazine, 2005, and it called for a bag of tea.
